Terms & Conditions
By submitting your personal information and details of your vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions governing the digital marketing and consignment services provided by iLusso Exotic Car Dealership (referred to as "iLusso," "we," "us," or "our"), pursuant to Florida law.

Digital Marketing and Consignment Service:
You, the Client, acknowledge that by submitting this information, you are engaging iLusso to market and sell your exotic car on your behalf. You commit to listing your vehicle for sale with iLusso at a mutually agreed-upon selling price.

Exclusive Representation:
Throughout the term of this Agreement, you grant iLusso exclusive representation rights for the marketing and sale of your exotic car. You agree not to pursue any competing sales or marketing efforts independently.

Pricing and Commissions:
The selling price of your exotic car will be determined mutually by you and iLusso, taking into account market conditions and expert evaluation. iLusso will list the car above your committed selling price. When the car sells, iLusso will keep the portion of the sale that is above your committed selling price.

Consignment Term:
This Agreement begins upon submission and continues until the sale of your exotic car or until either party terminates it with a 7-day notice, in accordance with Florida law. Termination by you may entail specific fees as per a separate agreement.

Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance:
You agree to permit iLusso to inspect your exotic car and undertake necessary repairs or improvements to enhance its marketability. You must maintain the vehicle in good condition, providing all essential maintenance, repairs, and documentation as required.

Marketing and Promotion:
iLusso will utilize various digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to online listings, social media advertising, and email marketing, to promote your exotic car to potential buyers in compliance with Florida law.

Ownership and Title:
You confirm that you are the legal owner of the exotic car and possess the authority to consign and sell it. Upon sale, you agree to promptly transfer the title, registration, and relevant documentation to the new owner, facilitated by iLusso, in accordance with Florida law.

Payment and Disbursement:
iLusso will handle all financial transactions related to the sale of your exotic car. You will receive the net proceeds from the sale. iLusso will keep the portion of the selling price above your net number.

Privacy and Data:
Both parties shall adhere to applicable data protection and privacy laws, ensuring the safeguarding of any personal information collected during the consignment process in accordance with Florida law.

Indemnification:
You, the Client, indemnify iLusso against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misrepresentation, negligence, or failure to comply with this Agreement, as permitted by Florida law.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and iLusso concerning the digital marketing and consignment of your exotic car, superseding all prior agreements, oral or written.

By submitting this information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined herein, as mandated by Florida law. This Agreement shall be effective upon submission.
